Stay Focused and Stay the Course 53 Challenge

April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023

In honor of Dennis Franks, the Stay Focused and Stay the Course 53 Challenge is designed to uplift and empower UnFranchise^® Owners by helping you stay accountable and on track toward achieving your goals. Dennis taught us that to be successful as UnFranchise Owners, it is imperative that we have goals that inspire us to implement a plan of action.

He believed that a plan of action (“the Course”) for accomplishing these goals could be created by quantifying them, applying Base 10, Seven Strong and setting a realistic time frame to achieve each goal. With the destination established and the course set, it is simply a function of committing (“the Focus”) to complete the weekly tasks and activities associated with building Base 10, qualifying quarterly as a Master UnFranchise Owner and duplicating the same with partners who desire to achieve their goals.

Challenge categories

• New Personally Sponsored Qualified UFOs
• New BV Sales (first-time purchase of a product by a new customer or existing customer)
• Exposed the UnFranchise Business Plan (MPCP) to Personal Prospects
• Personal Orders From Partner Stores (calculated by order, not by individual items)
• New Registered Preferred Customers

Leaderboards

UnFranchise Owners in the Top 11 (weekly) per Market Country and Top 53 (year-to-date) worldwide for any of the categories will be named on the corresponding leaderboard and notified via email.

Participation criteria

1. Create or join a team of at least three UnFranchise Owners

1. • How to create a team as a team captain:

1. • • Visit UnFranchise.com > Business > Reports > Weekly Accountability.
     • Select the “Team” tab.
     • Click the “Create A New Team” button and enter a team name, campaign date range and the email addresses associated with the UnFranchise Owners’ accounts and click the “Save” button.

1. • How to join a team as a team member:

1. • • Reach out to a senior or junior partner who has created a team and request an invitation to join their team.
     • Once invited by the team captain, you will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation.
2. Submit Weekly Accountability Reports*
3. • How to submit:

1. • • Visit UnFranchise.com > Business > Reports > Weekly Accountability.
     • Select the “Submittal” tab.
     • Select the team’s name and week ending date, complete your Weekly Accountability Report and click the “Send Your Report” button.

1. • • Submit a report by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday of each week for the numbers to count for the challenge.

*If you are currently participating in a corporate-sponsored 90-Day Master UFO Action Plan, the Weekly Accountability Report data you submit through UnFranchise.com will automatically be used to satisfy this challenge.
