I’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Happy International Women’s Day! This day is so special because it gives us the chance to acknowledge and celebrate the extraordinary achievements and impact of women around the world.

In my own personal life, I’ve been so blessed to be surrounded by remarkable women who each inspire me in their own way. To my wife Loren, my daughters Amber and Amanda, and my granddaughter Ayva – thank you from the bottom of my heart for enriching my life and helping me understand the world from your point of view! I can’t express enough just how thankful I am to be surrounded by such amazing women.

Over the years I’ve also been blessed to work with brilliant women who are unparalleled entrepreneurial leaders and pioneers. Women like Pam Bowling, Elizabeth Weber-Walliser, Joanne Hsi, Olivia Li, Alice Chiou, Sharon Lawrence, Lisa Lieberman-Wang, Trina Maduro, and many others (far too many to list) have all left an undeniable mark on our business and have been a huge source of positive inspiration for everyone. I cannot overstate the significance of the impact and influence of remarkable women on our business and with it our global success.

I love to see women taking charge and inspiring the next generation with their passion, creativity, and determination to make a positive impact in business and in life! Happy International Women’s Day to all the amazing ladies out there making it happen!
