TICKET ASSIGNMENT
How do I assign my ticket(s)?
All purchased tickets will need to be assigned by the UnFranchise Owners who purchased them. To assign your ticket(s), visit the ticket assignment page and assign one to yourself (if you haven’t done so already), then assign each additional ticket to anyone you sold a ticket(s) to and the individual(s) attending with you. Simply provide the individual’s first name, last name and email address to assign a ticket to its respective attendee.
REGISTRATION
When should I arrive in Greensboro, North Carolina? We strongly encourage all attendees to arrive on Wednesday, Aug. 10 and visit Registration, which is open Wednesday from 3–8 p.m. EDT. By registering Wednesday, you will save time Thursday morning.
Where is Registration located? Registration is located at the Special Events Center (East Wing) adjacent to the Greensboro Coliseum. There will be signs to guide you in the right direction to the registration area at the Special Events Center (The WORLD of Market America), where all attendees will check in to access the event.
What will I need to bring to Registration? Each attendee will need to bring to Registration their physical ticket for #MAIC2022, along with the email that contains their QR code. The email that contains a QR code is sent to an individual after the UnFranchise Owner assigns a ticket to them and once the individual confirms their email address.
What will I receive at Registration? Attendees will receive their Welcome Packet and Name Badge.
When is Registration available? Registration is available during the following times (Eastern Time):
- Wednesday, Aug. 10 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 11 from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, Aug. 12 from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 13 from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday, Aug. 14 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
VIP REGISTRATION
(Million Dollar Club, Advisory Council, Challenge Winners, Golden Ticket Winners, VVIPs)
What is VIP Registration? Eligible attendees will register and receive their Welcome Packet, Name Badge and their Ribbon for access to associated benefits and privileges.
PARKING
How much does parking cost at the Greensboro Coliseum? Parking costs $10 per day. Parking is available at no cost on Wednesday, Aug. 10 for Registration.
What if I need wheelchair and ADA parking? Please see a parking attendant at the Greensboro Coliseum for directions.
CHILDREN AGES 17 & UNDER
Can I bring children to the event? Yes, children ages 17 and under can attend the event for free! UnFranchise Owners, please complete this short form if you and/or your guests are planning to bring children ages 17 and under to the event. Children will enjoy all the activities at the DNA Miracles booth within the WORLD of Market America!
Please remember, children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times throughout the event. Market America is not responsible for tending to any child care during the event. The International Convention is a business meeting focused on education, training, and motivation. If a child becomes distracting or disruptive during the general session, the parent/guardian and child will be asked to leave the session, out of respect for all other attendees.
EVENT INFORMATION
Where can I view the full agenda? Please view the Agenda on the official #MAIC2022 website.
What are the official event hashtags to use on social media? Please use #marketamerica and #MAIC2022 to share your memories.
Will the event be live streamed? The 2022 International Convention is an in-person event located at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The live event will not be streamed virtually.
Can I bring food into the event? We recommend that any food brought into the event is kept to a minimum.
Where can I buy food and drinks? Food and Beverage Concessions will be open throughout the Greensboro Coliseum concourse.
Where can I buy exclusive products, merchandise and apparel at the event? Please visit our SHOP Mall in the WORLD of Market America.
Where can I pick up translation equipment? Translation equipment can be picked up in the Plaza, located right outside of the Greensboro Coliseum General Session entrance.
Where is ADA seating located? Please see a Staff member at the Greensboro Coliseum for directions.
Can I bring my service dog? Per the Greensboro Coliseum A–Z Guide, animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcome into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
Where are the First Aid stations located? Per the Greensboro Coliseum A–Z Guide, First Aid stations are staffed with Guilford County EMS for most ticketed events. Walk-in first aid stations can be found in the following locations:
- Coliseum – Main Concourse at Section 115
- Upper Concourse at Section 219
- Special Events Center – Lobby
What do I do in case of an emergency? Please see a Greensboro Coliseum Staff member and/or call 911.
How can I purchase tickets to future events without using a mobile device? Please visit Registration and Ticketing for assistance with purchasing tickets.
RECOGNITION
I’m in the Million Dollar Club… What benefits and privileges am I eligible for? Congratulations! You are eligible for Reserved Seating. Visit VIP Registration to register and receive your Ribbon for access. Your spouse/partner is eligible for Reserved Seating, but no outside guest(s).
I’m a Director & Above… What benefits and privileges am I eligible for? Congratulations! You are eligible for access to the Recognition Lounge, located within the WORLD of Market America. Please visit Registration to receive your Ribbon for access.
I’m a Challenge Winner… What benefits and privileges am I eligible for? Congratulations! You are eligible for Reserved Seating. Visit VIP Registration to register and receive your Ribbon for access. Your spouse/partner is eligible for Reserved Seating, but no outside guest(s).
Where do I report before my Recognition segment on stage? Prior to the event, you will be sent an email with details regarding your Recognition segment. Please be ready at the ‘Recognition Holding Zone’ 30 minutes prior to your recognition segment. This area is located near the stage and marked with the convention logo.
RESERVED SEATING

Where is Reserved Seating? Reserved Seating is located on the floor at the Greensboro Coliseum. You will need to show your Ribbon or wristband for access.
I’m eligible for Reserved Seating… Is my spouse/partner and children also eligible for Reserved Seating? Congratulations! Yes, your spouse/partner and children are also eligible for Reserved Seating, but no outside guest(s).
RECOGNITION LOUNGE

Where is the Recognition Lounge? The Recognition Lounge is located within the WORLD of Market America. Please show your Name Badge and Ribbon for access.
GOLDEN TICKET WINNERS
I’m a Golden Ticket Winner… What benefits and privileges am I eligible for? Congratulations! You are eligible for VIP Registration, Reserved Seating and VVIP/Golden Ticket Winner Luncheons. Please visit VIP Registration to receive your credentials for access.
HOTEL, FLIGHTS & GREENSBORO GUIDE
Where do you recommend that I stay in Greensboro? Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons is the host hotel. Reserve hotel room(s) here for the discounted rate of US$160 per night. You can also make reservations by calling Sheraton’s reservation department Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT at +1 (336) 292-9161. Mention “Market America”.
Will there be a shuttle to and from the host hotel? No, there will not be a shuttle. We recommend Uber or Lyft for transportation.
Are there deals on flights? Market America is excited to share with you exclusive discounts of up to 10% off on flights with United Airlines and Delta Air Lines and up to 4% off with American Airlines for your travels to and from the event.
