Happy Mother’s Day 2015

Mother’s Day has always been a special holiday for me, but this year carries with it additional significance that makes this holiday even more special for me and my family. As many of you know, this year we lost my father “Coach” Dick Ridinger, who had an incredible influence on my life, as well as anyone lucky enough to meet him. Losing him this year makes me even more appreciative of the time we have together, and makes me cherish my mom even more. Raising kids is hard, but I was blessed with one of the kindest, most thoughtful mothers a person could ever ask for – and I’ve only grown to appreciate you more as I get older and watch my own children grow.

My wife Loren is an incredible mother in her own right, who always manages to balance career demands with family. Loren’s not only a brilliant entrepreneur and marketing genius, but she’s also a passionate mother who would do anything in the world for Amber. We are so blessed to have you in our lives, and I’m thankful to share the joy of raising a family with you. I know Loren’s mom is watching over all of us now as our beautiful family continues to grow. For Loren and I, our roles as grandparents are evolving yet again with our beautiful daughter Amber and her husband Duane welcoming another bundle of joy into the world this year – our little princess, Ava.

Being here to watch my daughters Amber and Amanda grow up really makes me appreciate the circle of life, and gives me great comfort in knowing my family’s future is in wonderful hands. As the years go by and our family continues to grow, and can’t help but think that I’m quite possibly one of the luckiest men in the world.

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom, Tommie, to my amazing wife, Loren, to my daughter, Amber, and to all the other Moms out there making a difference every day. Being a mother is one of the toughest jobs in the world, and you do it selflessly. You teach us all the true meaning of love, sacrifice, and compassion, and you make the world a better place to live for everyone!

Happy Mother’s Day!
