Contest Overview

UnFranchise Owners around the world are invited to participate in Fat Joe’s No Stress Contest! To enter, simply create a short video showing how you’re not Stressin thanks to your UnFranchise Business – and post it to Instagram. The more creative, funny, thought-provoking, or unique your video is the more likely it is to get noticed by Fat Joe, who’ll be selecting the winner personally!

How to submit videos: 

• Instagram: Post your video to your Instagram profile. The caption of your video must include the hashtag “#StressinContest” while also tagging @fatjoe and @marketamerica. Remember, Instagram videos are limited to 15 seconds, so keep it short, sweet and fun! (Example: relaxing by the pool, sipping your Marley Coffee or Isotonix).

Prizes: One lucky UFO will win a UBP hosted by Fat Joe himself (if you reside in New York or Miami)! If you live outside of New York or Miami, Fat Joe will do a LIVE personal MeetON session for you at a UBP of your choice!

Contest deadline: The video contest begins on November 19th, 2014 and ends December 3, 2014 at 11:59 PM EST. Videos will be evaluated by Fat Joe himself for creativity, originality, and how well they convey the message of living a stress free lifestyle with the UnFranchise Business. The winner will be notified on social media following the end of the contest.

Prize

A UBP Hosted by Fat Joe (either in person or online through Skype or UnFranchise.MeetON.com) will be given away to 1 lucky winner!  All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permissible, except by Market America due to prize unavailability, and then a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Market America) may be substituted.

Rules and Qualifications

1. Applicants can reside anywhere, but winners residing outside of New York City or Miami will receive their prize via Skype or MeetON.
2. Applicants must be Market America UnFranchise Owners and must meet all other qualifications.
3. Market America UnFranchise Owners who are currently involved in Market America’s corrective action process are not eligible to participate.
4. Employees and contractors of Market America, its subsidiaries, licensees, agencies, affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses, and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible.
5. The challenge will run from 12:00 am EST/EDT on 11/19/2014 through 11:59 pm EST/EDT on 12/03/2014 (the “Challenge Time”).
6. To enter, you need to post a video to your Instagram profile showing how you’re not Stressin thanks to your UnFranchise Business. The caption of your video must include the hashtag “#StressinContest” while also tagging “@fatjoe” and “@marketamerica.” Videos must be posted within the Challenge Time.
7. You must own all right, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property rights associated with your entry.
8. Entries that do not meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements will be disqualified.
9. No purchase is necessary to enter.
10. There will be 1 winner of this sweepstakes.  The winner will be chosen by Fat Joe himself.  The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
11. The winner(s) will be contacted by social media on 12/04/2014.  Don’t forget to check your Instagram account on that date to see if you are the lucky winner!
12. The winner must respond by 5:00 pm EST/EDT on 12/08/2014 to claim the Prize.  If a winner does not respond by the deadline, another winner will be chosen.
13. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
14. Market America and persons and companies associated with it disclaim all liability for injury or damage to persons and/or property that might result from Sweepstakes entry or acceptance of the Prize.
15. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to use winner’s/winners’ name(s), entry/entries, and/or likeness(es) without compensation (except where prohibited by law).
