I’d like to take a moment to pass along something which was shared with me on Facebook which I think helps serve as a great visual representation of the power of imprinting and the ability to transform chickens and ducks into geese flying in the efficient v-formation. When you imprint the right practices within your organization, magic happens which allows chickens and ducks to evolve into geese by reinforcing the right behaviors and methodologies. What’s true in nature is also true in our business – and I think this video does a great job of representing this. At the very least it helps you visualize the ability we all have within ourselves to transform and overcome so we may ultimately become successful entrepreneurs!
