Building the Business: Accountability & Results with Ryan Stack

Team, I’d like to take a moment to share with you a great message I received this week from Ryan Stack which highlights some of his recent efforts and results as he builds the business. I love how they incorporate accountability into everything they do – and think this is a great story and example to share. It also demonstrates the power of the success principle that everyone should practice:  MEASURE, MONITOR, ADJUST, and CONROL (the result)!

Keep Growing!

Update from Ryan Stack:

Hey JR,

Just wanted to give you a short success story from up our way in MA / NY area.   Recently we grabbed a group of 10 UFO’s and 2 Trial Run people and did a 30-day accountability group.  We did a 45 min call each Monday night to check in and all hosted events in homes and leveraging webinars throughout the 4 weeks.  We focused on the core principles of the business and in just 4 weeks this small group created some amazing results.  I never expect much in terms of results in 30 days of business – usually it comes 60 – 90 – 120 day AFTER the activities but in this case the results are already coming in.

In 4 Weeks, here’s the results:

  • 4200 BV Produced
  • 25 People saw the plan
  • 100’s of contacts made
  • 2 New Partners Launched
  • 2 Tickets sold to MAIC2019
  • 10 Local Seminar Tickets Sold

We didn’t track every detail as we wanted to keep the focus on # of BV, number of plans, contacts made, partners launched, tickets sold.  This group made well over 40 purchases through partner stores and generated lots of IBV.  Because of this success we’re starting the next 30 days to build through July into MAIC2019.  We’re bringing in more GONOWs who want to join the charge!  It’s amazing what a small group of people can do when focused and when there’s simplicity and accountability.  I’ll keep you posted on the next round of results!

See you at MAIC
