Rise to the Challenge: Leadership by Example
Be the one to lead the way and earn a new level of recognition
We are all living in a time that most of us have only ever read about in a history book or learned from watching a documentary. Better days are ahead, but for now, because of the COVID-19 pandemic we have all had to adapt in both our personal and professional lives to meet the challenges presented to us.
Many UnFranchise Owners® (UFOs) have increased their time spent developing their businesses due to the demand for the company’s exclusive products and to increased interest in our business in recent weeks. Now is a perfect time to reflect on where you’ve been, where you are and where you want to go.
Have you satisfied the 2020 International Convention Chairman’s Challenge?
One of the most prestigious awards an individual can earn as a UFO is to become a Chairman’s Challenge winner. The Chairman’s Challenge is a measurement of a UFO’s taking action and leading from the front. Ultimately, by striving to achieve the Chairman’s Challenge, a UFO is closer to achieving their personal and financial goals.
You may find that you have actually satisfied the 2020 Chairman’s Challenge criteria, or are close to completing it, and didn’t even realize it. If not, there is still time to become a Chairman’s Challenge winner if you set your plan and take action.
Taking the Chairman’s Challenge recognitions to a new level
The company will recognize Chairman’s Challenge winners at the Chairman’s Reception held on Wednesday evening before the general sessions begin at the Greensboro Coliseum. In addition, Chairman’s Challenge winners will be recognized on the main stage during the general sessions. At the upcoming 2020 International Convention, all Chairman’s Challenge winners will also be awarded front row center seating on the main floor.
It will be the best seat in the house for you and a guest! Becoming a Chairman’s Challenge winner is the perfect way to inspire your team and fellow UnFranchise Owners. You have to succeed so other people can realize their dreams — and in so doing your own dreams come true
