MAWC2020: 5 Ways to Supercharge Your UnFranchise Growth

I hope day three at MAWC2020 was impactful and informative for everyone! This event is all about reprogramming your mind, and I truly hope I was able to accomplish that for you and spark that billionth of a volt across your cerebral cortex. As you travel back home to apply what you’ve learned here this week, I’d like to leave you with a review of the 5 things UFOs need to do weekly. If you accomplish these tasks consistently until it becomes second nature or a habit, then it will all but ensure your success as an UnFranchise…

USE THE EVALUATION APPROACH TO SECURE TWO PRESENTATIONS PER WEEK:

  • Develop your possibility list of 100 or more names
  • Call/approach 4 to 8 per week to get 2 to evaluate
  • 2 evaluations per week X 52 weeks = 104 evaluations per year
  • 104 evaluations will result in 8 or more GO NOWs imprinting and leading to people

BE A PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCT

  • Use the products consistently and correctly to obtain a positive experience
  • Use your belief in your products to provide product solutions
  • Convert all spending into earning by buying everything from your own business

SHOW THE PLAN TO TWO OR MORE PEOPLE PER WEEK

  • Show the plan preferably with a senior partner; or…
  • Bring the possibility to an HBP/UBP
  • Use the no decision close to see if they know the right people
  • Book a follow up with the people they provide
  • Qualify people or disqualify them based off whether or not they lead to others

SELL TICKETS TO THE NEXT GMTSS EVENT TO A PROSPECT(S)

  • Must have purchased a minimum of three tickets
  • Ensure that you and members of your organization attend the ticketed GMTSS event
  • Make sure you and everyone on your team purchases three or more tickets to the next GMTSS event

MEASURE, MONITOR, ADJUST & CONTROL PERSONALLY AND WITH YOUR TEAM 

  • Must complete the 5 life priorities pie chart, 3 W’s & your 5 weekly tasks
  • Then you must have an action plan and specific task to accomplish each week and day. Doing this and tracking it or reporting it on the forms provided is the KEYS to the rest working
    • Establish the UFO level in the business that produces the income level or what you want in the pie chart
    • How many BDC’s need to be cycling and how many UFO legs or organizations have to be built to qualify at the UFO level desired based on cycling weekly
    • Do this with a mentor or senior partner who is trained and knows how
    • Establish the break down based on sponsoring and working the ABC pattern to get each team to reach a level or goal
    • Follow these directions explicitly 
    • Follow the plan and measure the results weekly and monthly so adjustments or corrections can be made

I hope these simple tips help clarify what you need to do on a weekly basis to achieve massive success. This is what it takes to complete the 2-3-year plan & earn a six figure income! This is what it takes to be an UnFranchise superstar!
