Recruiting is a concept that many UnFranchise Owners don’t seem to fully understand. And that’s ok, it’s not necessarily your fault that you don’t know it and I’m happy that you’ve come to International Convention to learn. That’s why we’re all here, to learn and to get better. After all you don’t know what you don’t know – you don’t even know you don’t know it.
The thing about recruiting is so many people try to make it this completely awkward thing when the reality is everyone you share this business with is someone you’re trying to help. Everyone has a why. Every single person on this planet. If you talk with people and learn about their whys and learn about what they care about and what motivate them, then you’ll be better suited to express what the UnFranchise can do for them.
People love to talk about themselves, and one of the keys to being a successful entrepreneur is knowing how to listen. God gave you two ears and one mouth for a reason. So Listen!
This business is so profoundly powerful in its capacity to elevate the lives of everyday people, it recruits itself because people are naturally drawn to success and the spirit of cooperation we inspire within our business. We succeed by helping others succeed, and that resonates with people from all walks of life, all around the globe. No one has what we have, and no one provides the opportunity we provide.
Residual income is a gift, and if you truly understand its value then you’ll understand why people need this business. That’s what lies at the heart of recruiting in this business – the simple fact that if you know how to listen and believe in the power of the UnFranchise then this business does will recruit itself.
I don’t recruit because people recruit me, and if you have that same mindset backed by a firm understanding of the plan – the Basic 5, the MPCP, and the Shopping Annuity – the sky’s the limit.
But it all starts with confidence and belief in yourself and this business because if you don’t have that you’ll never find anyone to believe in you. But I believe in you. I know you can do this because this business was specifically designed to help average people do extraordinary things.
You have to educate yourself and take advantage of learning opportunities as well as business building opportunities. Education is key, that’s why audios are so important – they reinforce what works!
When you talk to people, remember that you hold the keys to a residual income rocket ship!Ask yourself this – when was the last time you called two people per week? Think about that. Be honest. Just doing that one simple thing will make a difference.
Growing this business requires that you listen well but also have the knowledge of how this business changes lives. You have to believe and you have to engage with the people in your life.
Cultivate possibilities. Write them down. Make friends and add to your possibility list every day. Don’t be anxious or try to “get them.” Shake the bean jar and make it happen! You can do this!!!!
