If you bought tickets to the 2021 International Convention (MAIC2021), please pay attention to the following announcement. To help facilitate a successful event, you must assign all purchased tickets.
Please assign all of your purchased tickets to ensure that you and the people you sold tickets to will have access to the event at the Greensboro Coliseum, the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons, and online access via Swapcard.
Each ticket holder will be sent a personalized email containing a unique ticket ID number and QR code that has been designated to that individual by their name and email address.
That personalized email is the “ticket” to show and the QR code to be scanned upon entering the Greensboro Coliseum and attending breakouts at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons. Any individual without a unique ticket ID number and QR code will not be able to enter, so please make sure you’ve assigned your tickets properly with the correct information.
If your teammates or guests are virtually attending the event, assigning a ticket to the correct name and email address is also important to ensure access to Swapcard, the online event platform and virtual community for #MAIC2021. Before the event, ticket holders will be sent an email with a link to get set up and started. With Swapcard, attendees can register for online sessions, visit virtual booths, create contacts and interact, watch video replays in both English and Mandarin for up to 14 days after the event.
With new event procedures, protocols, and extra security in place to create a safe environment for all attendees, it’s now more important than ever to assign your tickets. Your safety is our number one priority. That’s why you must assign tickets so our teams can better prepare for MAIC2021.
