In the Trenches: Building with Big Al’s Team
I love receiving updates from the field which show all the business-building action going on around the globe and witnessing UnFranchise Owners leverage the power of our plan and the evaluation approach to find people who lead to other people! I just received a great update from Big Al’s team where John Berry & the group are leading by example.
Actions speak louder than words and this group is making it happen by conducting follow-ups with the evaluation approach and no-decision close. This is how you hatch new geese and start a new procession in the V-formation to residual income!
Here are a few keys to start hatching those GoNow geese which I shared with Big Al and the team – but this advice is applicable to everyone in the business:
- They need to see the plan three times
- If they consciously choose the 2 to 3 year plan with residual income over the 45 year plan then they qualify for the Trial Run
- All we’re doing is getting them to find people to evaluate the business and to see if they know the right people to make it work
- As a leader, help them make the first 10-20 calls so they’re comfortable and confident and ultimately help insure they get the best people onboard for the benefit of the TEAM. Remember – they are actually YOUR people too.
I hope this helps inspire others to make it happen just like Big Al and the team have been doing. It’s all about working in the trenches and getting back to basics with the ABC pattern, Evaluation Approach, Trial Runs, & No-Decision Close. It’s NOT about recruiting – it’s about finding business partners who are ready to Go Now!
