With the new year comes the opportunity to reflect and evaluate where you stand in life. Step 1 to making a positive change in 2019 is to change your mind or thinking! Then make up your mind and determine what your WHY is and your goals are milestones within your WHY.
Goals are achieved by first defining them, setting dates and what you will give in return and then breaking it all down to determine what needs to be done each day, week, and month for it all to add up to the annual goal.
