For years we’ve bought into the concept that if we work hard and contribute to Social Security, it will be there to take care of us when we retire. Coupled with a decent savings strategy, many people have retired comfortably with the help of Social Security. But what if it was no longer here?

The truth is - those who plan on using Social Security to help sustain themselves during their retirement are in for a rude awakening. In a new article from CNBC, Social Security’s woes are highlighted by the fact that trustees now anticipate the program will become insolvent by 2033 – that’s three years earlier than previous estimates. The same can be said for Medicare, which is slated to run out of money even earlier - in 2024. That’s just 12 years away!

We just got back from an incredible weekend at the Northern Regional Convention in Madison, Wisconsin. Meeting with this enthusiastic crowd of UFO’s left us energized and excited for the future – a truly inspiring event.

Here’s a shot of Luzby Hernandez, from Market America’s corporate office in the US, showing the plan this week in the UK. Luzby met with a group of new Spanish UFO’s in the UK, to present the UBP in their traditional language.

We’re taking the United Kingdom by storm! Kevin Buckman hosted a very special UBP in London this week – with over 65 people in attendance.  The energy and excitement was amazing -I hope you enjoy these pictures from the UBP! Yet another hugely successful show at HSN for my beautiful wife and our very talented SVP. Loren is rocking the world and taking us along for the ride - she never ceases to amaze me! This is turning out to be one of her most exciting months with Yours by Loren and HSN and we appreciate everyone who tuned in last Thursday. You would be crazy not to see that this jewelry collection is an incredible deal for such talented workmanship and rare gemstones. Loren never settles for less than the best.

This was a great opportunity for distributors in the UK to learn more about these amazing products, as well as how to sell them. We are poised for tremendous success in the United Kingdom, and Motives is a big part of the equation. People really love this line – enjoy the pictures!

With 2012 in full swing and our playbook in order, we are heading into our schedule of spring regional conventions across the country - and I will be with you at every one of them.  We have set out to make it even easier for you to engage your Gen-Y prospects (one of the three plays) because this spring, we are bringing Conquer Entertainment to you at Regionals!

Until now the only way you could attend or learn about Conquer was to be at our World Conference or International Convention -and many of you did attend and brought your prospects. During these events we were asked these questions many times: “When and where will the next Conquer CAD training be? When is Conquer coming to our area?”

Well, I have great news for you! I am happy to announce that Conquer Entertainment will be hosting CAD Trainings at all 3 spring Regionals - and if you do your part we will continue to provide these trainings at our Fall Regionals as well!
