Most all conversations with regard to information about what we (Market America) do is with the “what” and the “how” and not the “why.” Take a moment and think about this. We have all been guilty at some point in presenting the business (showing the plan) or the products by talking about the “what” and the “how” first, rather than emphasizing and communicating the “why”.

I was recently in New York City speaking to a group of entrepreneurs when I experienced an example of the world's simplest idea. It was exciting to witness the enthusiasm from everyone after realizing the WHY behind Market America's newest initiatives, specifically the Advertising Bonus Pool and the Cyber searching/recruiting efforts and how they relate and are synergistic with the IBV requirements.
Market America is paying individual entrepreneurs from the revenue being generated from advertising. There is a continued increase in advertising revenue from efforts to drive more traffic, create an addictive user experience, and convert more sales. This revenue will be paid to those people who simply satisfy simple objectives (all of which should be being satisfied anyway to grow the business)
There has been an experiential migration and awakening since the International Convention when the new initiatives (advertising bonus pool, cyber searching/recruiting, SEO and SEM, eight pumps/initiatives*) were first announced. The awakenings and realizations continued at the Advisory Council social media/technology conference and then with the Special Business Building Seminar in New York.
At the Special Business Building Seminar along with Elizabeth Weber, Jim Winkler and Keith Doyle, I logically explained the reasons WHY behind the IBV requirements. It was immediately apparent how quickly and easily the group understood and embraced the tasks and activities! This is all because of the world’s simplest idea...being clear and communicating the Why behind the plan.

The revenue that is being generated is from Adsense and paid advertisements for banners on the web portal and other Market America web sites.
