
With Dallas and Phoenix under our belt…the tour continues…next stop – Pasadena. Dallas was an orchid and Phoenix was a rose. Both were incredible but different and I can't begin to describe it. It is as good as it has ever been and equal to the pioneering rise of the company! It's so good to be in the trenches with people who are salt of the earth and hungry for success but equally sincere. They get it! They are on board with the university concept, social media, IBV and the portal.
We are meeting the next generation of stars.
The Blitz Event in Phoenix was unbelievable. Pure Energy! Phoenix has risen from the ashes and flying! 50% of the attendees were new entrepreneurs. Everyone was so attentive - they sucked it out of us and hung on every word and were very responsive. Kevin Buckman and I presented for three hours about Market America’s Paid to Shop program, social media, vertical marketing, the UnFranchise business and the revolution of social shopping.

The group photograph are the emerging leaders, shakers and movers or new stars in the business. They were amazing. So passionate and dedicated. I got more out of them than they did me. We are connecting with them and lighting the fire in the basement. I was inspired and touched by their belief and dedication and their stories. These are top quality people: professionals, entrepreneurs, former business owners, nurses, doctors and all down to earth. It recharged my batteries!

Be prepared to follow up and take the next step. Get your partners ready. You have a job to do at the end of the meeting! If you do not take the important next steps with a prospect or guest, or if you don't help your people to do these key actions, then you are not performing the Basic 5 — you're not doing what it takes to ensure your success! Make sure you come to the Blitz Tour seminar prepared. You need to be sure that you have the necessary tools at your disposal. Refer to the PowerPoint to get a precise list of the tools you need to make the most of the Blitz Tour. Do not go to t he trouble of inviting people and then fumble the ball on the five-yard line! This is a powerful meeting, and you and your business can skyrocket to success if you're motivated and prepared.
JR's 2011 Blitz Tour kicks off Thursday, March 10, in Dallas. Everyone bringing a guest should be prepared for the meeting after the training with the ultimate objective: "Schedule the Follow-Up Appointment." Following JR's training, Dennis Franks or Kevin Buckman will provide step-by-step instructions for the Shop Consultant and their guest on a course of IMMEDIATE ACTION. All attending with a Guest should be ready to perform the following:
- Schedule a follow-up appointment with guest and Senior Business Partner (as applicable).
- Have a Home Shopping List to be completed by guest (you can use the online Home Shopping List).
- Obtain required information to register your guest as a Preferred Customer.
- Make a list of 2-10 individuals your guest believes may have an interest in the business.
- Have a ticket in hand to the next NMTSS Event to sell to the guest.
