Meet & Greet JR at the 2011 Market America World Conference in Miami

I’m constantly stressing the need to attend events for a number of reasons. For starters, as an entrepreneur, it is important to know what it is that you have available – whether it is new products, a redesigned website, or to see first-hand, new enhancements that will help you to grow your business. Secondly, events are an important time to network with new prospects and to meet with your team that may be scattered around different parts of the country.  While social networking has helped cut-down on the need to get together and meet face-to-face as much, events are a great time to come back together as a team to discuss all that you’ve accomplished (or are looking to accomplish) during the year.

A third reason why you should attend events is so that you can recharge your batteries. Have you ever tried starting a car or used your cell phone with a weak battery? No matter how much you will for it to start or to let you make a call, it just won’t fly. Sometimes you need to recharge your own batteries too as a means of jump-starting yourself. With a full battery, it can help propel you to reach new goals and re-energize you. One last reason though why you should attend events is for unique opportunities. It could be the chance to meet a famous celebrity or in this case, a chance to win a meet and greet with me personally. So to help kick-off the 2011 Market America World's Conference in Miami, I’m offering one (1) person that chance  to meet with me at the 2011 Market America World Conference.

How do you make the leap from a current multi-six figure income to developing an MA that can be more lucrative, have more time freedom, and a lot less worries?

It's important to me who I hang out & associate with. Here is a chance for me to hang out with you even more. I would like to learn what you do on a daily basis & why it's important to you. I would like guidance on where you would start and then go from there. I know that tweaking some little things will add up to the big goals.

I would want to know 2 very important things...1)Having a brick and mortar business only a few years old and my MA team being only a few years old, how do I know where that happy balance is and when to know it is not balanced? 2)What are your rituals that you do EVERY single day to get your mind, body, and spirit where you want/need it to be to continue your success?

Jr, As you build a Market America business I'm sure you know you start becoming a different person. When you change sometimes what you did before no longer works. I'd like to hear what you did to adjust to the "New You" along the way.

How do you suggest to your peers that Amazon has nothing on MA, even though they all swear by them? Having a mentor that would walk me through my baby steps would excel my business immensely. I refer to seeing it(making friends, prospecting, etc) in action. Doing it on my own has led to many crashes and burns.

I am new to the business. I have received one check and just lost one of my partners. Even though I'm not making any money right now, I know I will get there. I've been to many seminars and I'm taking it all in. I feel like I'm at the beginning of something so great it's hard to put into words. I can tell you the Market America products are amazing and I want to tell the entire world about them. I was diagnosed with brest cancer 13 years ago this month. I was pregnant at the time and some of the doctor's just thought I wouldn't make it. It still brings tears to my eyes today. I wish I had known about OPC 3,Acai, alo and all your wonderdul products then. I most likely wouldn't have had to suffer as much as I did. I started taking the prducts last year. I have to tell you I feel better than I have my entire life. I feel like I have been given a second chance at life and now, I can even have my own business. How wonderful is that. Anyway, I'm sorry I'm rambling. I've heard your story I thought you should hear mine. I would love to meet you, just to say thank you.

JR, we are very young here in Utah, so I have lots of questions about how to build a strong area. One thing I would love to learn is how to start opening people's minds here, because lots of people that we know have strong fixed beliefs about what they think this is before they hardly know anything. I also want to learn how to instill in people that they really are closer than they think to reaching their goals. I agree with you - I don't get why more people aren't directors!

Live tapings available at a cost may be something to help expand in new and upcoming areas. My local UBPs are an awesome tool for me and I would love to have this same tool for others not as fortunate to have a developed community.

Hey JR - I would love to have my husband meet you. I am entering for him. He is an amazing man - much like you. He has always been a forward thinking person and very goal minded. When we became partners with Market America - I saw the spark in my husband again and it has remained the for the past 9 years. MA has saved our house and our lives - we are passing on a legacy to our children!! All because my husband had the guts to invest in him self and take a chance. Gary has been strong thru all the rough times we have had and never once said I can't do this!! He is my rock and I admire him in so many ways. I would love to have a goal of his met. Which is meeting you.

    Hi JR,
It would be an amazing opportunity to meet with you! We have been building our business slowly over the last year, but faster would be better. Time & money have kept us from building our business faster. A few of our "excuses" are legitimate, but most of these obstacles can and should be overcome. We need more focus. I came to World Conference last year by myself and am very excited to be coming with my husband and 2 business partners this year. I would like to be personally accountable to you to bring 20 partners with me next year. Accountablity is key for me, as I have spent this past year losing 100 lbs on Transitions & becoming a certified coach. I need to have that same accountability in the business. Can't wait to see you Miami!

Thank you for this opportunity, JR. Listening to audios, reading business-related info, attending corings and taking notes absorbing all I can has helped me grow personally, professionally and financially. I feel the main thing holding back my surge of success up the MA ladder is leading my team in the ABC pattern and closing new prospects. I tend to have a challenge with setting the next appointment and get a lot of cancellations. Selling tickets is also a challenge

I have been your follower for six and half years. Never missed the conventions. I do MA parttime. I found most people want to succeed the business but they do not place MA as the first priority becuase it does not give them enough bread and butter first. They do not want to come to convention with me because they cannot quit their work and go with me. Many of my partners are solo health practitioners. Can you tell me how to convince them to close their clinic and come with me to MA convention? Thanks.

JR, I am curious to know how to consistently find the drive, internal or external, to do what is necessary to be successful. Fear and doubt are major handicaps, and crushing these personal enemies is critical. Overcoming these means time spent outside of comfort zones, which is usually exhausting. How do you teach yourself to constantly stretch outside the comfort zone, experience some pain, and be rewarded with new growth?

How do we get Americans to understand the concept of the word team in the same way the the Asians do? It seems as if we grew up thinking about baseball and football when we think of the word Team. I am sandwiched in between two Chinese "Go Now" distributors and they are warriors who work it as a team. They are constantly irritating me by going to your Chinese boot camp and coming back and kicking my butt. Thanks Jr for such good friends and team mates as I met them both thru #marketamerica.
